We have now set up our Patient Participation Group (PPG) and would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has previously been involved.

It is the intention of the group to meet on a quarterly basis. Agenda items will be decided by the practice, with any ideas or suggestions raised by members also included. Meetings normally run for between 30 and 60 minutes and are governed by practice requirements.

We understand that many patients are unable to find the time to take part in meetings personally. Therefore, we welcome your comments, suggestions and ideas through this website.

The Patient Participation Group provides an opportunity for patients to:

• Give feedback on practice services
• Share ideas and suggestions to improve patient care
• Raise general queries relating to the PPG and practice services
